Colleen Boveri, owner of Seeking Solace has 30 years of experience. She has studied and trained with teachers from all over the world and offers her students a distillation of the best of her combined travels and teachings. At Seeking Solace Yoga Studio we offer a non- intimidating Yoga practice geared for each individuals skill level and life experience. You will experience a mindful self compassionate practice. We start with breath work, then a warm-up, heat-up and a cool down. Each individual is guided to work at their level and options are given to modify or advance in the pose. Classes are kept small with lots of personal attention.
