(Please note: Currently I am teaching remotely and traveling within Birmingham only; Client provides space)

I teach because I love sharing with others the benefits that yoga can bring to one's life.

Before becoming a yoga teacher, I had jobs in the medical/healthcare field which has allowed me to better understand how different our bodies and minds are, yet how very connected they are.

Teaching beginners, as well as older people or those with disabilities/trauma, is where most of my experience lies.

However, I am able to teach various styles and levels, including Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Meridian Yoga Therapy

I love how teaching yoga helps the students so much, but I am always amazed at how rewarding it is for me.

It's really an exchange of energy and I love sharing my guidance and giving back.
