I am a Masters level therapist and an experienced, certified paralegal. In addition to my counseling based education, I have life & career coach trainings & certification. This unique combination of education in psychology, coaching and law as well as my experience sets me apart as specializing in research,persuasive communication, written & oral, and process & procedural informed problem solving capabilities. These talents and gifts are excellent for business plan & infrastructure development, resume writing, writing grant applications, developing SOPs and strategically assessing one's unique fundamental operational needs to improve profit margin. These attributes & experiences also help me specialize in understanding human behavior with regards to sales and marketing, recruiting & training human capital and supporting and guiding career prospects for clients.
The aforementioned skills and education as well as project management certifications and involvement also help me to effectively assess and address small businesses' organizational, financial and operational needs and efficiently communicate to a variety of stakeholders to leverage the systems in place to get your project(s) finished or innovate to "get things done".
