About

Starting therapy is a bold step. You are brave for getting this far. I received my Bachelors in Applied Behavioral Sciences and my Masters degree in Psychology from the University of Washington. I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) since 2022. I achieved my EMDR certification in 2023. I have worked with youth, adults, parents and the LGBTQIA+ community. My focus has been working with children and families in crisis and with those who have found themselves coping with adversity. I have extensive experience working with clients who have experienced complex trauma.
