I facilitate meditative rest (aka Yoga Nidra), guided visualization, MINDFULNESS MENTORING, FLOOP routine for learners and professional development for educators and/or organizations. ⭐️

I am trained in Yoga Nidra, Dance, Qigong, Reiki, ‘Deep Play for Kids’ Advanced Children’s Mindfulness & Yoga, trauma informed practices & hold a Master’s Degree & Early Childhood Education certification with over 25 years experience. I combine real REST with SELF-REGULATION strategies to gain control over patterned thinking and optimize brain function to ACCELERATE learning. Rest=Learning and REST=self love!

I offer children and adults purposeful rest experiences to renew a sense of WELL-BEING and promote feelings of safety by releasing accumulated stress and tension. I will guide you (& your child/children) into slower brain wave states such as Alpha and Theta, to allow focus, self-regulate & transform. Everyone has an innate ability to restore, recalibrate and THRIVE. & EVERYONE deserves to live as the empowered, peaceful and fulfilled person they are meant to be!
