I am a certified master hypnotherapist. Clients can feel at ease with me, and be honest about what they really need to work on, or want to change. I am able to connect with clients of any background, and have a very thorough interview process to get to the real triggers, and root causes of client issues. Sessions are customized to the needs of each individual client or group. I have done guided group meditation/hypnosis sessions for couples, families, and groups of up to 36 people at once.

All of this can be done virtually, and though I use zoom the most, I can work with you over any video communications platform. It works best when the client is lying down on their own bed, couch, reclining chair, or their most familiar, secure, comfortable location, where they are used to letting go, rather than an unfamiliar office setting.
