About

I provide BLS, CPR AED, First Aid, Babysitting, and safety courses through American Heart Association (AHA) and American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI). Open enrollment community courses are held in my Hampton, NH classroom or I can provide courses to your business, practice, or organization at your location.

Courses can be taken as full classroom courses or as a blended course; an online class with a shorter hands-on skills session.

I'm a former Firefighter/EMT, mom of 4, and have been an instructor for over 15 years. I firmly believe that we all have the ability to help someone in an emergency with basic First Aid and CPR AED skills.

From time to time I hear back from participants in my classes who have successfully used the skills that I have taught them. Whether it is a minor injury or they successful helped someone who was choking or performed CPR. These success stories let me know I am offering a valuable service in teaching CPR and First aid.
